SHIPPING POLICY

At Greedy Golf, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible so you can gear up for your next round — no delays, no excuses. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Greedy Golf gear, but we get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Whether it’s the fit, the style, or just the vibe, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days from the date you received your order. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached) to be eligible for a return.

  • Exclusions: Sale or discounted items, gift cards, and customized/personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our customer support team at greedygolf@gmail.com to initiate the return.

    2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

    3. Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account once we’ve processed it.

Exchanges

If your gear isn’t quite right and you’d prefer to exchange it for a different size, color, or item, we’re happy to help.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact us at Greedygolf@gmail.com to request an exchange.

    2. We’ll provide instructions on how to send back your current item and ensure that the new one is shipped out right away.

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for the same product in a different size or color, we’ll cover shipping costs for the new item. However, if you're exchanging for a completely different item, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement or process a full refund — whichever you prefer.
